SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, and selected countries within the European Union.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Countries we currently ship to include:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Austria.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently offer shipping to that destination.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship orders using trusted shipping partners, including DHL and UPS. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and local delivery conditions.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Sweden: 2-5 business days

Norway: 5-7 business days

European Union: 3-5 business days

Sweden: 59 SEK (Free shipping over 999 SEK)

Norway: 149 NOK (Free shipping over 1600 NOK)

European Union: €9.95 (Free shipping over €150)

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered without additional customs duties or import charges.

Norway

Coventina Collection is registered under the Norwegian VOEC scheme (VAT on E-Commerce).

For eligible orders, Norwegian VAT is collected at checkout, helping to ensure a smooth delivery experience without additional VAT charges upon arrival.

RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • The shipment not being collected from the designated pickup point

we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs and handling fees from the refund amount.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
