Which payment methods do you accept?

Coventina Collection accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Card payments (VisaMastercardAmex, Maestro and UnionPay)
  • Klarna
  • PayPal
  • Quick checkout (Apple PayGoogle Pay)

Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Can I save my payment information for future orders?

For security reasons, we do not store your payment information. You will need to provide your payment details each time you place an order.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, we recommend double-checking the accuracy of the entered payment details, ensuring sufficient funds are available, and contacting your bank or payment provider to investigate any potential issues on their end.

Why can't I pay with Klarna?

The upper limit for how much you can shop for varies and is determined by a credit assessment that Klarna does. If your order does not go through, you can try again and shop for a smaller amount.

If you have problems placing an order with Klarna, it may be due to the following:

1. Klarna may have refused your request to pay later. We recommend choosing another payment option or placing an order for a smaller amount.
2. You may have an outstanding payment from a previous Klarna invoice.
3. You may have missed filling in a mandatory field when you were to pay, e.g. your date of birth. Since Klarna invoices for Swedish customers are linked to the customer's social security number, it is important that this information is correct.

Remember

Klarna is an independent payment company and we cannot influence whether your request to pay with Klarna is accepted or not. If you have problems with your order, you can contact Klarna's customer service directly.

What happens to my Klarna invoice if I want to return my order?

Once we have registered your return, an updated invoice will be sent to you and any refund will be initiated. Log in to the Klarna app and click on "Report return" if your due date is approaching. Then your invoice will be automatically paused so that you do not have to pay while the return is being made.

Are my payment details secure during the checkout process?

Yes, we take your payment security seriously by complying with industry-standard security regulations (PCI DSS). Our checkout process is secured using encryption and follows industry best practices to safeguard your payment details. Your information is transmitted securely to the payment processor for authorization and is not stored on our servers.
