Orders
Which countries can I order from?
We currently ship to Sweden, Norway and the following EU countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Austria.
The item I want to order doesn’t have sizes. How do I know it will fit?
Some items are designed as one size only. You will find detailed measurements under “Product measurements” on the product page.
We recommend comparing the garment’s measurements with your own. If you need further guidance, feel free to contact our customer service.
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer service and we will assist you.
Is an item reserved when I add it to my cart?
No, items are not reserved until the order has been completed and payment has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. However, if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
How do I place an order?
Select your desired item, choose size and color (if applicable), and click “Add to cart”.
Proceed to checkout, enter your details, select shipping and payment method, and complete your purchase.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro and UnionPay)
- Klarna
- PayPal
- Express checkout (Apple Pay and Google Pay)
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Can I save my payment information for future orders?
For security reasons, we do not store your payment information. You will need to enter your payment details each time you place an order.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
Please double-check that your payment details are entered correctly and that sufficient funds are available. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.
Why can't I pay with Klarna?
Klarna determines your purchase limit based on an individual credit assessment. If your payment is declined, you may try placing a smaller order or selecting another payment method.
Common reasons may include:
- An outstanding Klarna invoice
- Incorrect or incomplete personal details
- Klarna declining the purchase after assessment
Klarna is an independent payment provider. For specific questions regarding your account, please contact Klarna directly.
What happens to my Klarna invoice if I return an order?
Once we have registered your return, your Klarna invoice will be updated and any refund will be issued.
If your due date is approaching, you can log in to the Klarna app and select “Report return” to temporarily pause your invoice.
Are my payment details secure during checkout?
Yes. Our checkout is encrypted and complies with industry security standards (PCI DSS). Your payment information is transmitted securely to the payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to Sweden, Norway and the following EU countries:

- Sweden, 2-5 business days
- EU countries, 3-5 business days
- Norway, 5-7 business days
What are your shipping costs?
- Sweden, 59 SEK
- EU countries, €8.95
- Norway, 149 NOK
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over 999 SEK (Sweden) and €150 (EU).
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please visit our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
For deliveries within Sweden and the EU, we use DHL. You can track your order at DHL.com.
For deliveries to Norway, we use UPS. You can track your order at UPS.com.
What happens if I don’t collect my package?
If a package is returned to us as uncollected, we may contact you to offer reshipment. Reshipment requires payment of new shipping costs before dispatch. If no response is received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded according to our return policy.
Please note that actual shipping costs (including outbound shipping), return shipping costs (including any carrier fees), and a fixed handling fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from the refund.
Free shipping applies only to completed deliveries.

Returns
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@coventinacollection.com and include your name and order number.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued. Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

How long do I have to return?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
How much does it cost to return?
- Sweden, 79 SEK
- EU countries, €10.95
- Norway, 169 NOK
*When returning a large order that was shipped in multiple packages, the return cost is calculated for each individual package.
What do I need to consider before returning?
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- The item must be sent back in it's original packaging
- If an item has been washed or altered in any way, this cannot be returned
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, swimwear or jewelry.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Have you received my return?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, a confirmation of your return will be sent via email.
What happens to my Klarna invoice if I return?
Once your return has been registered, your Klarna invoice will be updated accordingly.
If your due date is approaching, please select “Report return” in the Klarna app to temporarily pause your invoice.
I have received a damaged item. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at support@coventinacollection.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
What happens if my return does not meet the return conditions?
If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return.
In such cases, the item may be sent back to you and additional shipping costs may apply.
Discounts & Promotions
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your discount code in the designated field at checkout and click “Apply”. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order total if the code is valid.
Why is the discount code not working?
Please ensure that:
- The code is entered correctly
- The code has not expired
- Any minimum order requirement has been met
- The code applies to the items in your cart
If the issue persists, please contact our customer service.
I forgot to add my discount code, can you help me?
If you forgot to apply your discount code during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide us with your order details and the discount code you intended to use. Our team will review your request and do their best to assist you.
Can I combine discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
