How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Contact us at support@coventinacollection.com. Include your name and order number. Let us know which items you wish to return and why.

Step 2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Print the label and attach it on the package.

Step 3. Drop off the package at your nearest DHL service point.

When we have received the package we will refund you and you should get your money back in 1-3 business days. For more information, see our Return policy

How long do I have to return?

You have 14 days to make a return (valid from the day you received your order).

How much does it cost to return?

Sweden: 69sek

Other countries within EU: 119sek (€11,95)

*When returning a large order that was shipped in multiple packages, the return cost is calculated for each individual package.

What do I need to consider before returning?
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached
  • The item must be sent back in it's original packaging
  • If an item has been washed or altered in any way, this cannot be returned
Are there any exceptions or non-returnable items?

Yes, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, swimwear or jewelry.

Is it possible to make an exchange for a different size or item?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, we kindly ask that you initiate a return for the item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Have you received my return?

As soon as we have received and processed your return, a confirmation of your return will be sent via email.

What happens to my Klarna invoice if I want to return my order?

Once we have registered your return, an updated invoice will be sent to you and any refund will be initiated. Log in to the Klarna app and click on "Report return" if your due date is approaching. Then your invoice will be automatically paused so that you do not have to pay while the return is being made.

I have received a damaged item, what do I do?

Contact us immediately at support@coventinacollection.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
