Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- For shipments within Sweden and to EU countries, we use DHL Freight. You can track your delivery on DHL.com by entering your tracking number for the latest updates on your order's location.
- For shipments to USA and Norway, we use UPS. Visit UPS.com, enter your tracking number, and receive real-time updates on your package's progress.

The item I want to order doesn't have sizes, how do I know it will fit me?
Not all items on our website have specific sizes listed. Some items are designed as one-size. However, we provide a size guide with detailed measurements for each item to help you determine if it will fit you. Please refer to the size guide, which can be found on the product page, to compare your measurements with the garment's measurements and make an informed decision about the fit.

Is the item reserved when I put it in the shopping bag?
No, it's not, we don't reserve any items in the shopping cart. In order for the product to become yours, you must place an order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No, you cannot change your order yourself after the purchase has gone through. However, we can help you with changes as long as the order hasn't been processed by the warehouse. Contact us here and we will help you.
How do I place an order?
