Where is my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number. You can follow your delivery via DHL.com. Just type in your tracking number and you will receive updated information about where your order is.

The item I want to order doesn't have sizes, how do I know it will fit me?

Is the item reserved when I put it in the shopping bag?
No, it's not, we don't reserve any items in the shopping cart. In order for the product to become yours, you must place an order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No, you cannot change your order yourself after the purchase has gone through. However, we can help you with changes as long as the order hasn't been processed by the warehouse. Contact us here and we will help you.
